Ng Chen Wei, a Malaysian, aged 31, Finance Manager. He responsible for handling our Group’s overall finance functions including the monitoring of financial performance and results, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, tax planning and treasury management. He is also actively involved in corporate planning of the Group such as the proposed listing exercise of the Group in the LEAP market as well as other corporate strategic initiatives. He obtained Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2017 and trained by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and passed the examination for the GST Consultants organised by RMCD and Malaysian Institute of Accountant (M.I.A.). He is presently pursuing ACCA as a finalist.In 2013, he began his career as an Account Assistant with a real estate agency company, Kim Realty Sdn Bhd where he was responsible for bookkeeping, wage computation as well as accounts related functions. In 2014, he joined 128 Ara Damansara Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Newfields Land Sdn Bhd as an Executive - Finance, and was promoted to Senior Executive - Finance in 2017. He was responsible for preparing the full set of accounts of the companies under Newfields Land Sdn Bhd, including but not limited to accounts payable, taxation, GST, financial reporting, and maintaining financial controls. He was also involved in the Newfields Group’s secretarial matters and various strategic assignments such as GST implementation, tax planning, electronic claim systems and etc. In 2018, he joined RedPlanet Solutions as Senior Executive - Finance where he was responsible to setting up and strengthen the finance functions as well as support the senior management on the Group’s corporate planning. In 2019, he was promoted to Assistant Manager - Finance.
