The Young SEAkers (TYS) is a Southeast Asia based non-profit organisation that strives to create accessible regional opportunities for youth across all 11 countries in ASEAN and China. My work was largely waste management related and involved incorporating technology to increase productivity, reduce waste management costs and increase recyclables. Under the different projects, I learned to balance the 3 pillars of sustainability: economic, environmental and social.Some other job scopes were researching Image Recognition AI, creating user process flow for mobile applications, researching the optimal UI/UX, liaison with external parties and helping out with the government tendering process
