The Young SEAkers (TYS) is a Southeast Asia based non-profit organisation that strives to create accessible regional opportunities for youth across all 11 countries in ASEAN and China. Founded in Singapore, we strengthen youths' career competence with an end-to-end ecosystem of innovative programs that allows them to learn, experience, and gain guidance in one place.As the Deputy Head of Programmes for the Singapore Chapter, I oversee all the programmes and initiatives conducted by the chapter including the SEAkers in Dialogue series, our Un-Mentorship Programme & events, Skills Workshops, Meal and Mingle session and SEAkers Spotlight sessions.

My work was largely waste management related and involved incorporating technology to increase productivity, reduce waste management costs and increase recyclables.
