About Ngaio Davis

Ngaio is a lover of life and the quiet enjoyment of the world around her (except when it comes to music which she generally likes to play very loudly). By trade she is a red-seal carpenter, funeral director, embalmer and entrepreneurial in spirit. Ngaio has always been keen to be the change that she needs to be to forge her own pathways through life. In 2014 she founded and is currently the principle owner of KORU Cremation | Burial | Ceremony, a grass-roots, women-led deatcare practice (funeral business) in Metro Vancouver that specializes in natural deathcare, green burials and eco-friendly cremation options.
