I am a research leader, inventor, and computer scientist with broad knowledge in applied AI for network operations and service management, performance management, network measurements, cloud, and IoT. My research outcomes include more than 50 papers, about 55 patents, and 2 standards in ITU-T and IETF, respectively.My main affiliation is with Ericsson Research in Sweden, where I lead an AI research team focused on AI for future telecom networks. As part of this leadership role, I also co-supervise 2 industrial PhD students.I have a long history of leading and contributing to externally funded research projects sponsored by WASP, Vinnova, SSF, Celtic, ITEA3, and the EU. Examples of recent projects include Celtic ANIARA and Celtic IMMINENCE.I was appointed an associate professor in computer communication at Uppsala University in 2019, and I have been a senior IEEE member since 2020. I earned my PhD in computer science from Mälardalen University in 2007 and received my MSc in computer science and mathematics from Uppsala University in 2002.
