Nga Le is a Berkeley Haas MBA 2023 | Product Manager | Strategy & Operations | Startups at One AMO. Colleagues describe her as "In 2012, I was Nga's direct supervisor in the MSE Group. At that time, Nga was a young manager, and despite her young age, she emerged as a cornerstone of our organization. She was in charge of leading the event team to launch the Saigon Heat, the 1st professional basketball team in Vietnam. Basketball wasn't well-known in Vietnam at the time, and we were trying to introduce a brand new concept for sports events, sports entertainment. There was no local expertise in organizing such events. Nga had to overcome many obstacles and work hard for the launch. She researched the international sports model and traveled to the Philippines to learn how to organize a sports entertainment event.
