Streamline Motorsport annual project including buy plan, artwork brief, production follow-up and delivery across multiple offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Australia.- Coordinate with Sales team and Financial controller to finalise annual merchandise buy plan.- Liaise new product development brief with designer and creative team.- Quote and analyze buying cost from multiple suppliers and propose best cost for approval.- Follow up samples, production and delivery from China & Vietnam to Australia.- Manage day-to-day sales support activities, ensure high responsiveness on customer enquiries, requests and orders.

Work closely with Japanese headquarters, suppliers, carriers, forwarder and bonded warehouse to manage orders exported to Japan.- Receive orders from Japanese headquarters and negotiate with suppliers to get desired MOQ & ETD.- Collaborate with QC staff to follow up production progress.- Check inventory in Japan everyday and request for placing repeat orders when necessary.- Send D/O to bonded warehouse in Vietnam to ensure sufficient inventory in Japan.- Arrange shipment from suppliers to Japan/bonded warehouse.- Check shipping document to maintain no discrepancies in quantity. - Conduct payment process (T/T, L/C).- Solve unexpected cases regarding production and delivery.
