- Collaborate with account managers and various stakeholders across the organization to gather role qualifications and source passive talents.- Work closely with growth team for high-volume sourcing- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to build candidate pipelines - Full accountability of candidates and keep candidate experience at the forefront as we continue to scale our organization.- Help candidates prep to 'go live' during a batch cycle (best practices, and identifying important factors to candidates job search).- Prepare candidates for technical interviews and on-site at scale.- Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously

Main responsibilities:- Answer customers' queries about CGV such as promotions, ticket price, show times, members' benefits,... via call center, facebook, email.- Gather crucial information or complaints from customers then transfer to related department so as to expand the business development database and improve service quality.- Record and resolve complaints about service issues.- Assist customers in case problems occur when experiencing CGV service.- Plan and develop customer appreciation promotions.- Supervise and support the operator: 6 - 7 operators/shiftAchievements and skills gained: - Be awarded as "Best staff of the month" in December 2018 and April 2019.- Improve patience, calmness in any case.- Analyze problem and give a reasonable solution.- Enhance skills for writing & replying to emails.- Gain capability to be a good leader.
