Accomplishments• Managed, underwrote, and launched 2 IPOs every year from 1994 to 2006 when working in the UOB Group and Phillip Securities Pte Ltd• Managed, underwrote and launched 2 Main Board IPOs, namely Li Xin Industries Ltd and CSC Holdings Ltd in 1998/1999 during the Asian Financial Crisis when working in the UOB Group• Managed, underwrote and launched the first chain-listing on the Main Board of SGX, G&W Group Limited, previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Koh Brothers Limited when working in the UOB Group• Handled one of the first China (PRC) listings, namely CM Telecom Ltd on the Main Board of SGX when working in the UOB Group• Managed, underwrote and launched the listings of Ecowise Ltd and Asiatic Fire Ltd during the SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) crises in 2003• Origination and execution of more than 20 IPO Lead Manager Mandates raising in total $1,200,000,000 ($1.2 billion)• Mergers and Acquisitions – Financial Adviser for the Offeror in connection with the mandatory takeovers of Vantage Corporation Limited and International Factors Limited (now known as IFS Capital)• Financial Advisory - Independent Financial Adviser (UOB Group) to minority shareholders for takeover of Auric Pacific Group Limited. A unique and rare IFA role for the UOB Group;• Financial Advisory – Independent Financial Adviser for Axis Systems’ (now known as Silverlake) listing, in respect of substantial related party transactions for 80 per cent of the sales of Axis which were made to its parent company, Silverlake. The success of this IPO was dependent on our financial advice letter to shareholders and SGX.
