- Build up Promotion system for all employees base on performance- Review & consider promotion list twice a year- Implementing KPIs project: apply KPIs in performance appraisal- Conducts presentations and training to Head of departments and staff on the performance appraisal system.- Work with Board of Managers to set up KPIs for all departments- Checking, analyzing and reporting on measurement results quarterly.
