- Being a Talent Acquisition Business Partner of VNG Solutions - a subsidiary of VNG Corporation, a reputable Vietnamese provider of IT services and technology on a global scale.

- Be in charge of recruiting all Tech positions.- Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, advise and update job descriptions.- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social, media, job sites, personal networks, etc.- Screen candidates’ resumes, and overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.- Be a bridge between the candidate and Hiring Managers, arrange interviews, and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process.

- Be in charge of entire cycle of recruiting many positions in both Non-tech and Tech.- Create a talent pool of IT & non-IT candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, media channels (Linkedin, VietNamWorks, ITV, etc.).- Support recruitment events such as VNG Talent Acquisition Trainee 2021.- Communicate and define stakeholders' requirements and expectations.- In charge in recruiting positions: QA Engineer, Software Engineer, UI/UX Designer, Merchant Operations, Talent Acquistion...

- Source and select potential candidates through online channels (e.g: social platformsand professional networks).- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums.- Arrange candidates' profiles.
