I served on the leadership team and provided leadership on business analysis (2 Business Analysts).- Directed and coordinated project team activities to ensure project progress is on schedule and within the prescribed budget.- Led project planning, discovery session, development and launch and reporting as well as hypercare/maintenance stages for clients- Captured requirements in standard business requirements document (BRD), product requirements document (PRD), and functional and non-functional user stories- Maintain project charters, project plans and provided status, project tracking performance dashboards to clients through effective communication; baseline and identify any risks/impacts to timeline, scope and deliverables; - Acted as Scrum Master to coach team about Agile, introduced best Agile practices and established project framework, I was able to establish an effective self-organizing development team.- Facilitated sprint ceremonies and other meetings as required to ensure the team can meet its goals.- Implemented story points estimating and kept detailed developer and QA statistics for further follow up and actionConsulting services: - Provided business consulting services to customers for product improvement through insight analysis including customer conversation rate enhancement, customer acquisition, and satisfaction levels
