CurrentAs part of the leadership team reporting to the MD, i had 3 direct reports who were heads of division, with a total of 100 staff reporting to them. Deliverables included:• Developing & executing a sustainable strategy for Direct, Indirect and Corporate Sales channels.• Developing and managing a viable Distribution Model considering the unique challenges inherent in South Sudan.• Setting up processes outlining procedure in all aspects of the sales department• In conjunction with Marketing, develop products/services, pricing plans & margins.• Creating a winning result oriented culture in the sales department• Coaching and mentoring team to create capacity within the sales organization
