- Build an effective partnership with corporate stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau to evaluate and align business objectives, measure performance, and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability;- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans;- Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with FP&A best practices and deeper understanding of their operational needs;- Prepare regular operational level management reports and presentations, including budget, forecast, interim, and year-end reports to provide vital business and financial information for strategic decision-making;- Develop, manage, and optimize financial models for current and future projects in Hong Kong and Macau;- Monitor and critically evaluate financial and operational performance, providing stakeholders with valuable insights for strategy refinement and financial projections;- Perform in-depth financial analysis, relating business results to KPIs, and identify areas of risk and opportunity for stakeholders;- Support continuous improvement initiatives on financial processes and technology infrastructure to streamline and optimise financial operations across the Group;- Produce ad hoc analysis and conduct research as necessitated by the business needs.

Hong Kong Sar

- Analyzing financial data to determine trends in the real estate market, occupancy rates, and rental prices;- Assist in formulating strategies based on real estate market analysis and forecasts;- To maintain a good relationship with investors and business partner, and communicate with different investors about the projects update;- Analyzing the financial status of potential investments to determine their viability;- Analyzing demographic data to identify opportunities for new developments in specific areas;- To assist in the preparation of project’s financial cash flow forecasting (DCF & WACC), budgeting, conduct research and risk assessment;- To assist in financial model development and review real estate related assignments, and to take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of such assignments;- Prepare financial and investment reports and draft proposals/presentations;- Reviewing market conditions to recommend new strategies for maximizing profits;- To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies, land matters reports and other real estate consulting works for a wide range of clients, including private and public companies as well as individuals for a wide variety of purposes, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments.

- Advice and support strategic and tactical initiatives affecting bank’s property portfolio through special project assignments;- Work on complex problems while exercising independent judgement in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results;- Present project information and recommendations to business;- Support Asset Management Lead to assess acquisition opportunities, conducts site visits, prepares financial analysis, and negotiates contracts;- Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards and legal requirements related to leasing, sale, purchase of buildings and surrounding properties.

Hong Kong

- Maintain strong relationships and partner to collaborate on short, intermediate, and long term real estate strategies that meet business’ objectives and goals;- Support Asset Management Lead to develop project objectives and prioritise work based on Business requirements and internal guidelines;- Create annual real estate portfolio budgets for rent and other lease related expenses;- Provide quarterly financial forecasts to reflect changes to the annual budgets;- Work with outside counsel or real estate service providers to develop and execute occupancy plans for branches and offices in the region;- Proficiency in lease, sale, and acquisition negotiations;- Manage for portfolio reviews, coordinate project approvals and focus on the performance management;- Cooperate with the stakeholders regularly on all projects in the pipeline and on all potential transactions.
