Coordination of Morehead's Mobile Planetarium program -- an inflatable dome with a projection system that brings the universe closer to home. This program provides high quality astronomy education to students in North Carolina who have difficulty making onsite field trips to the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center in Chapel Hill. Duties include:- Conducting school and community mobile planetarium outreach visits - Scheduling mobile planetarium outreach (creating travel calendar, coordination of day-of schedule and visit content with teachers)- Coordination of trainings for other educators- Maintenance/repairs/purchasing of planetarium equipment, primary contact for Digitalis planetarium system, scripting live demonstrations and developing astronomy content for shows in the mobile planetarium.- Science on Stage (design, schedule, and implementation of a live science show for 75-200 student assemblies in underserved and underrepresented North Carolina communities)- Develop and lead teacher workshops/conference presentations- Community skywatching events, scout programs, multimedia events at Morehead Planetarium- NC Gravity Games Science Street Coordinator- GSK Science in the Summer curriculum and staff support

Focused on implementation of Morehead's education team goals by scheduling, designing, and presenting science education programs in the Planetarium and Science Stage at MPSC. Worked with the education team to hire and train new employees to present Astronomy, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Earth Science, and Geology content to a wide variety of K-12 students, public visitors, and private audiences.
