- Oversee the supervision of sales team, including work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
- Monitor sales performance and propose strategic sales initiatives to meet allocated targets

- Have a very clear understanding of the customer’s business model, know the customer’s short term and long term goals factoring them into the building of annual plans.
- Have an understanding of the target consumer that the customer is seeking and a basic understanding of the important purchase occasions and the purchaser’s behavior in store.
- Keep tracking of competitors activities and propose ah hoc activities to maintain and push volume with KA Sales team
- Provide strong communication links to all field based with Manager KA Marketing and Sale to ensure the plan as agreed with the customer is fully executed in the field.
