duties and responsibilities-Coordinating and controlling order cycle and carrying out continuous stock checking-Participating in Disposal committee to identify obsolete, surplus and unserviceableitems-Maintaining stores records, stock and inventory control and stores management-Processing of orders and issuing of goods to user departments-Ensure inspection and acceptance of goods received and taking goods on charge afterreceipt-Creating procurement requisition and creating orders though the system for approval-Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries-Undertaking market survey to ensure the school obtain value of money
