As a kid, my little young mind often wondered how everything works: What makes that fan keep rotating and rotating until you turn it off? Where does the electricity from the wall outlet come from? And what would one find at the end of the power lines? Throughout middle and high school, I latched on to any ideas for projects I could get, such as building a water bottle rocket launcher. Participating in these activities, I realize that I love to fix things, solve problems and find out why things work.This passion carried me through my education in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Houston. During my time in college, I have had valuable chances to gain more experience, improve my knowledge as well as build professional relationships. I studied new engineering concepts, higher mathematics, industrial tools, all with pretty much the same fascination that drove me as a kid.My goal is to continue to gain knowledge so I can take on bigger and more challenging problems. I want to continue to use my skills to make a difference by continuously improving the way we engineer things.
