- Managing daily operation to provide excellent customer service level, and to achievecompany target.- Managing inventory levels and proposing solutions that best benefit to the company.- Handling customer's complain with excellent customer service.- Creating training plan for staff development to enhance employee knowledge andcustomer service level

- Providing guidance and supports sales and marketing initiatives to meet the needs of thehotel.- Managing and overseeing revenue management analytic functions to produce reportingthat support and evaluate hotel business strategies.- Professionally controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains completeresponsibility under the hotel bank agreement policy.- Assisting in managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls includingroom accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory andcut-off dates as well as implementation of blackout dates

- Energetically supporting daily operation of the department including Front Desk andSheraton Club.- Effectively check-in and out for Platinum member and VIP guests on the Club Lounge.- Supportively F&B Department in setting up and serving breakfast, afternoon tea andevening cocktail for VIP guests
