Recently completed training to become a Certified Flight Instructor. When I left my job in HR I left to pursue my life long passion of becoming a pilot. I realized that I really enjoy working in the Human Resource field and that I want to find an opportunity to bridge the gap of both worlds.I want to help inspire, encourage, educate and mentor young budding minds into becoming aerospace professionals. So after taking sometime to consider my future I have decided that there’s no time like the present to return to school and finish my pursuit for my bachelors degree. I narrowed down my options and decided to focus my learning on becoming a certified HR professional and pursue my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management with a desire to get my SHRM-CP at the end of my degree pursuit.
