Current-Created and redesigned websites (front and back end) of luxury e-commerce brands, including: product display, product listing, My Account and content pages, and transaction email templates for Magento, Shopify, Bigcommerce and Woocommerce Wordpress -Deployment to staging and UAT servers to thoroughly test and perform quality assurance checks before shipping to production. Reducing bugs in production, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded -Migration from Magento 1 to 2: Data, Extensions, Themes and Customization to transfer customer, product and other data. For improved performance and more streamlined interfaces.-Implemented custom functionality by extending core Magento 2 functionality using plugins, observers, UI components and preferences. E.g. Creating widgets for CMS module allowing clients to create pages, upload PDFs without using html-Created PHTML templates consisting of HTML, and utilization of Magento UI Components allowing frontend flexibility-Created post CSS and Sass allowing for the use of variables and easy access to media queries when creating responsive pages -Technical project management including: directing colleagues with maintenance tasks, liaising with clients and keeping project deadlines - always using AGILE methodology-Scoped new checkout flows for clients: defining current functionality, desired functionality, and feasibility and price quotation while liaising with clients and developers for multi destination shopping options
