Analyze operating risk events and controls in SWORD risk management database to deliver accurate risk modeling reports, data trends, and technical support across global business units. Develop data migration plan for restructuring legacy data architecture. Draft SOP, user manuals, and design reports for RQA users. Conduct quality assurance by testing for system functionalities, bugs, and system upgrades. Work with ARC Logics to create scripts in developing custom reports and user-defined fields.
