How can one play the games he love. yet make an income & have a work-life balance?I started my SAAS (Software as a Service) journey back in September 2023, where i was just a small fry in my target field. I quickly differentiated myself from my competitors with Excellent customer service and after purchase support. This lead to an exponential growth in customers during the peak period of November.We created our combined education platform using discord, currently upskilling more than 600 members, teaching them how to get ahead of the game. What started as my personal interest has grown to a huge community driven business, scaling in just 2 months.The business then expanded, allowing me to meet sellers from Malaysia, Indonesia to name a few. It definitely allowed me to meet people from all walks of life and honoured me the opportunity to work with members from all ages, having 3 partnered sellers, establishing a commision based approach.Patience, Discipline & Engagement are 3 of the major skills I've learnt from this ongoing journey. In this day and age, attention and engagement is money.

Started off humbly as a normal part time washer, doing chores and cleaning in the outlet.Afterwards, promoted to the position of kitchen crew. Did all sorts of work in the kitchen, ranging from food preparation to customer service.My quick thinking and energetic persona was recognised, allowing me to rise to the position of chef, as a young 16 year old. I'm honoured to work closely with the senior district managers, as well as the respective managers of operations. Thanks to their unwavering support, it provided the opportunity for me to grow and upskill myself both physically and mentally.I am forever grateful to my colleagues who have supported me during the period. Their constant words of support as well as our energy allowed us to push through some back breaking days. In the end, sales increased, bonds strengthened, connections made.
