- Consulting and proposing communication routes and scripts for events, internal activities... on a bank-wide scale- Declare employee engagement activities and movement activities - Manage and build content for internal communication channels to attract the attention of all 7000 employees of the bank- Making plans, develop and exploit programs/projects to support business and brands

- Be in charge of the company website, including translate to English version, update the project’s information and make it more creatively day by day…- Build the content for website blog (event, news, video…)- Create the content for fanpage (facebook), social media channel- Learn and collect project’s information of the U.S and Australia and training for team- Coordinate with designer to make marketing publications

- Organize real-estate-events which for investors as well as customers.- Create the content for publications (leaflet, brochure,…) - Create campaigns and programs to make a professional and friendly working environment- Work as an internal communication specialist

- Brainstorm & create ideas, concept, theme for events which meet client’s requirements.- Give presentations to persuade clients to buy the ideas.- Manage budgets and financial resources for projects.- Work with clients, suppliers and other departments in the company to make sure that projects happen on time with good quality.- Build checklist, timeline, action plan to ensure efficient management and mitigate risks.- Expand and maintain the relationship with clients to improve the service in next times.

- Take part in briefing meetings with clients to take client’s need and share with teams.- Update new trends and new activities of event around the world to upgrade the academic knowledge.- Create ideas, concept, theme and prepare proposals.- Give presentations with ideal proposals.
