  In DBC, we aim to provide all Danish citizens connecting with libraries to have free digital access to knowledge, and learning materials. To make that possible, I work together with and create digital solutions for two types of overall users - ordinary users (i.e. citizens) and expert users (i.e. librarians, data specialists). Both types of users requires me to conduct interviews, propose design solutions and do user tests. From the perspective of the business, I am typically the person suggesting and defining the joint solution that's supposed to satisfy both the business' and users' needs. Moreover, I have a great focus on improving the handover process from design to development - ensure WCAG (accessibility) compliance, define style variables, build design components ready for development.
