I am a driven IT Support Officer at AESC, I am well versed in many areas of data science and project management. My professional skills include proficiency in Python, R and SQL.My career thus far has been a great learning experience in IT and project management. At present, I am involved in the management of various IT projects and provide critical technical support. I've taken part in numerous initiatives such as improving website functionalities for BOSS (a leading innovator in the compliance industry) and managing BOSS' contractor management system providing continual improvement for clients (providing service to valued clients like Accor Hotels and Regis Aged Care). My hands-on experience extends to PowerBi reporting and a few personal data projects.Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Science (major in Chemistry, minor in Pharmacology) from Monash University, and a Master's degree in Data Science from RMIT University. My academic foundation has been improved upon by online data science courses from platforms like Udemy and Kaggle.My passion for technology and data resonates in my project accomplishments which include creating and hosting a basic Spotify-like music streaming website on AWS, working extensively on machine learning, data mining and neural networks, data visualization, database design and management with SQL.With my strong statistical background and experience in manipulating and presenting data with Python, multivariate analysis with SAS, and time series analysis, my goals are aligned towards securing a data-focused role where I can leverage my skills and experience.I am currently in the process of working on a few projects to display for my portfolio and will be available upon request.
