He is also known for his country-wide implementation of IoT technology. With four US patents to his name, Ming focuses on the Web3 chip-level blockchain, Level 2 OTC blockchain, KYC/AML regtech, and On-chip Smart Contract for tokenizing real estate, artworks, and other real-world assets.As a technology consultant for startup businesses, Ming advises on Web3 strategy, and helps startups build scalable and secure infrastructures. # In his role as Fintech and Regtech architect for EMI initiative, he designs and develops technology solutions that meet the regulatory requirements and financial regulators. # As a chip-level blockchain developer for IC fabrication, he specializes in developing and implementing chip-level blockchain solutions for smart contracts. # He is an expert in decentralized identifier DID technology for real-world asset tokenization and has extensive experience in developing ecosystems that allow for the tokenization of real-world assets. # Finally, as an IoT practitioner using radar imaging, LiDAR analysis, and web3 authentication, he develops IoT solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance smart city implementation.Ming holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
