Main responsibilities: • Gather business and system requirement from clients; assist client in defining requirement and suggest ideas, enhancements. • Work with development team (devs, QCs) to transfer requirement and support to clarify unclear issues. Experienced in working and coordinate with a group from 3 up to 10 devs. • Create Business Requirement Document, Software Requirement Specification, Feature breakdown list; define User stories. • Work on wireframe/screen mockup for most user stories. • Do initial investigating/testing on provided APIs from client to understand its logic. • Write User manual document upon request and support to demo the product to client.• Support in UAT and work with QC to verify that all requirements are fulfilled by the implementation.• In small projects, also work as main contact point with client for daily/weekly report and receive feedback from client during development progress.• Assist project manager on project scope, estimation and planning.• Assist to manage project’s change requests.• Do initial requirement analyzing/researching new domain(s) for new Request for Quotations.Projects: Have experiences in both web app/mobile app project in different domains; including: Concierge services, Ecommerce, Content management, etc.
