Carry out the project of Competitors' Communication Analysis for Bosch Engineering GmbH

• Support to make presentations concerning the topics of Associate Survey 2015 (AS15+), Copyright, Event Speaker Strategy, Executive Media Training, Integrated Communications• Create list of Frequently Asked Questions concerning the topic of Copyright in Communication at Bosch• Evaluation and Status quo report of “TOP 5 rules to survive in an open-plan office” at C/CC• Prepare online survey and reports on New Corporate Design Training for Regional Communicators Meetings 2016 in Austria & Japan• Prepare info folder for Regional Communicators Meeting 2016 in Japan• Brainstorm and provide input on the Info Kit for new communicators at Bosch• Miscellaneous support within the department such as translation, administration, results summary and report of Regional Communicators Meeting 2016 in Austria

• Plan and execute corporate communications (internal & external) and activities for Bosch in Vietnam• Act as key media liaison person: replying to media inquiries, creation of press releases (English & Vietnamese), establishing of media network, monitoring of media, managing PR agency, implementing regional, press conferences/press talks• Social Media: concept development and implementation• Brand management and marketing communication: realization of activities to increase brand perception in Vietnam, corporate design guidance, employer branding• Support to management and business units in their communication• Coordination and execution of corporate social responsibility projects• Website and Intranet maintenance

• Educational Fairs/Conference: Help the representatives of foreign universities to interpret the information to the students or their parents• Moderator the Conference/Seminar/Trade shows

• Assist CEO with managing the operations, public relations and business development • Implement Sales and Marketing plans• Facilitate presentations and training for clients• Responsible for administration work, weekly and monthly reports

• Oversee a sales team of 10 people: provided sales support to clients• Responsible for daily and weekly sales report, customer service• Do sales for Starwood Privilege Membership Program

• Handle the English communication class (about 15 junior students)• Create the activities for the classes beside the lessons
