Bancassurance Business: - Develop Bancassurance Business in South Region by executing sales and marketing activities- Grow and expand new business through bank segments to achieve growth and profitability while maintaining strong retention. - Ensure that Bancassurance business unit compliance with local and regional, PVI Insurance procedures and guidelines.- Working closely with other business unit at H/O to drive Product/Campaign Initiative for optimum efficiency, cost effective profitability. - Ensure delivery of company services standards at Bancassurance business unit include conducting product training and provide solution focused service. - Coaching and guiding team member in executing sales and marketing activities. Other sales and distributions: - Developing other sales and distribution channel through insurance agencies in both online system and offline activities. - Maintaining existing business by identifying requirement of client and developing business; developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and insurance brokers- Consulting on the most effective cover for a particular need in exploration and development projects, delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients; - Arranging workshop/seminar for clients, preparation and presenting to enhance insurance knowledge and risk management to clients.
