- Maintain and upkeep office facilities and amenities, such as overall office cleanliness and the provision of stationeries and pantry supplies- Assist colleagues and visitors in admin related requests, such as transport arrangements, flight arrangements etc.- Coordinate and support the organization of company events and team activities.- Provide HR-related support as a local resource wherever practicable.- Assist the General Director (a Singaporean) with the secretarial work and provide day-to-day administrative support.- Other administrative tasks are assigned by General Director.

- Manage, develop and operate the Voucher Partner warehouse on the E Wallet Appota, working with many partners in the field of Evoucher, Co-Branding to develop the brand. - Research and approach corporate customers who need to use payment services such as Payment Gateways, E-Wallets, Topup Services, Collections/Payments.- Make periodic reports to control sales activities, voucher cooperation, calculate profit and loss, send to BOD, accountant for review.- Coordinate with teams such as marketing, administration, accounting, engineering to run the business.

- POS machine operator, responsible for managing merchants that cooperate with the program- Process to use POS machine service, integrate payment features on POS devices such as EDC (bank card), VnPay, Zalopay, .. for merchant to make payments for end users.- Reconcile cash flow periodically with the Bank and E-wallets using Excel pivot tool, make a summary table, compare periods with each other. Find ways to handle errors, if any.- Manage sales activities on e-commerce platforms. Internal communication for better work performance

- Sales, support for data entry management, customer profile management.- Customer care after purchase; Support the leader to operate the system.- Manage the company's sales warehouse on e-commerce platforms Shopee, Lazada, Website, Facebook.
