- Oversee non-tech back-office hirings of all levels for the organization and manage arecruitment team of two recruiters- Be in charge of high-level hirings including director and manager roles- Be in charge of employer branding activities with international partners- Set up the recruitment process and templates to standardize the organization’s recruitment
