Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Enhance data of potential talent- Directly sourcing candidates via channels to get the most effective- Develop a talent pipeline to ensure fill labor source on time- Utilizes internal, external network to enhance data.
- Recruitment process- Implement and control recruitment process from hiring request to new hire onboard.- Prepare offer letters, onboard new employees and create and co-ordinate the induction process- Monitor and apply.
- Analyst & report- Develop talent mapping to show data of market in needed- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to directors and managers
- Build employer brand- Promote company’s image as a 'best place to work'- Create actives to build employer brand- Any other adhoc projects as directed.* Key Accomplishments:- Employee of the Quarter IV.2023 Award.
