RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES:- Check the validity of Recruitment Requests from other departments. - Post Job Advertisements in appropriate sources, do research to find suitable candidates.- Screen, sort and interview the potential candidates, ensure the quality of candidates before shortlisting to other departments.- Perform reference & salary check of candidates when required.- In charge of the recruitment for junior to supervisor levels.- Maintain candidate database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.- Contact related personel to ensure the quality of candidates' on- boarding.- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES:- Support media content planning.- Support content design and scripting for internal communication programs.- Designing programs to spread corporate culture.- Design and organize themed activities (YEP, Party, Gathering, Birthdaym, Sports Day ...)

1. FINANCE:- Control the cost of recruiting effectively against the recruitment budget2. CUSTOMERS- Receive recruitment information from departments / clients, clarifying recruitment needs.- Discuss with the departments / clients to develop / modify the job description for the vacancies.3. INTERNAL PROCESS- Carry out recruitment activities according to the recruitment process.- Establish recruitment and reporting plans- Complete and develop a recruitment policy, recruitment process, and related forms.- Participate in job fairs / roadshows to promote the company's recruiting brand (if any).4. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT- Understand and follow all procedures related to departmental work.- Participate in training activities and programs as required by the company

- Support to check monthly payroll.- Perform daily time attendance on HR software, update employee leave list- Arrange records, support the administrative office on social work, welfare for employees- Make fingerprints for new employees- Complete, arrange the meeting for the leader- Recruitment support: prepare job description for each position of the company
