Human Resources Specialist
Current- Handle onboarding procedures, probationary assessments, employment contracts, payroll policies, and insurance processes for employees.- Develop criteria for evaluating employee performance.- Plan and organize staff training programs.- Monitor regular workforce changes; compile, analyze, and report on workforce metrics.Manage and control attendance data, payroll, and bonuses.- Track and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.- Cultivate the company's core values as actionable habits for each employee.- Advise the Board of Directors on strategies to create and maintain a positive work environment that attracts talent, motivates employees, and fosters creativity and innovation.- Build the company’s HR image: organize events, implement recognition programs, and foster internal communications to promote and develop corporate culture.- Oversee office supply purchases, asset and equipment management, and printing materials as needed; manage the usage of assets, equipment, machinery, and documentation.- Manage contracts with external partners.- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
