Roles & responsibilities: - Manage key topics for the company, regarding offer, brand & positioning, performance and data science, with tasks starting from the opportunity detection, the interest analysis and business plan until the implementation support and follow-up, in order to support the company build and achieve its visionMain achievements- Roadmaps: accompany & challenge product owners (provide them with market benchmark and overview, challenge their point of view and put in perspective with global company strategy) in order to build the most value-added but realistic roadmaps (product & services, channels and UI, campaigning)- Open Banking: lead the 1st project based on Open Banking (Cashback offer) in order to bring extra revenues for both the company and the customer (from partner selection, scope definition to implementation support)- CSR: accompany and challenge the brand and corporate repositioning of Keytrade Bank to cope with market and CSR evolutions- Marketing Automation: support the industrialization of marketing campaigns in order to reduce the operational workload and bring more revenues

Part of my 2-year traineeship within bpost, I worked as project leader for the New Distribution Model (NDM) project, part of the current operational strategic plan of bpost.
