During my time at ChiLai, design skills were the least of what I learned. Instead, I got to learn how to operate a team, collaborate across multiple departments, run a large-scale business, working with stakeholders, representing & standing up for myself and what I do.

East Agile is a resilient software engineering company, serving over 120 clients worldwide. Although I was a part of the design team, I worked with the mentality that I was a part of the development team. That helped me got into learning more about technology, bridging the gap between the clients and the software team.
