From 2019 until now, I have supported Trainers/Facilitators in the field of designing training programs and learning experiences, thereby helping learners learn more effectively and achieve desired outcomes.My partner and I created ‘’Chia Sẻ - Ứng Dụng Game Trong Đào Tạo’’ or ‘’Games in training and how to apply it’’ in English, a Facebook group which is currently the biggest Trainer/Facilitator community in Vietnam. Having the same interest in designing training programs and learning experiences, we contribute to the community by sharing documents, resources, workshops, etc. We also conduct in-house/public training programs if necessary.You can discover more about us in these links below.

I started as a part-time employee in one of ‘’1 Phút 30 Giây’’ breakfast stores and then developed into a regional sales manager. During my time here, I have:- Achieved internal recognition for the highest sales achievement in 2018 - 2019 in Ho Chi Minh Area;- Developed the market in Da Nang Area, from 0 to 15 franchised stores in 2018 - 2019;- Developed the market in Vung Tau Area, from 0 to 5 franchised stores in 2018 - 2019;- Built a zero-cost cloud-based training system for the daily work of part-time employees at all stores. This system helps reduce the training time of an employee from 1 month to 10 days and increases the synchronization in the daily work process.- Built the next generation with 3 junior managers becoming core managers after I left.
