As an onsite software engineer, I supported PM in overseeing other junior members, partners and collaborated with teams from Vietnam and Japan to ensure the successful execution of a software outsourcing project for our esteemed client, East Japan Railway Company - JR東日本. This project involved developing a product that facilitated the transition from paper-based registration forms to electronic forms and included a scoring system to assess customer eligibility before issuing credit cards.
