1. Corporate Relations Business Partner to East African Maltings Limited (EAML). EAML is EABL's agriculture subsidiary. I'm responsible for all corporate relations matters in the business unit, i.e. sustainability, external affairs and communications.2. Stakeholder Engagement - advocacy campaigns and government relations for sustainability-related legislation. It also includes scoping out partnerships with relevant stakeholders including the government for collective action on systemic sustainability issues. 3. Handling select sustainability initiatives on circular economy, inclusion & diversity and human rights in Kenya

Driving ‘Society 2030,’ which is EABL’s sustainable development action plan, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. Includes developing and implementing projects, and carrying out engagements with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the business maximizes impact in society alongside profits. I take care of the below programmes in Kenya:- Agriculture local sourcing programme offering opportunities to over 47,000 sorghum and barley farmers in Kenya. - Circular economy and environment- Diversity & Inclusion - Human Rights

A three-year scheme that develops future leaders for Diageo. The program seeks individuals with the capability to succeed in the organization today but also have the potential to be leaders of tomorrow. I undertook three roles at East African Breweries Limited:1. Communications & Sustainability – 2 years (July 2015 – June 2017) Corporate and external communications, Employee Engagement, executing EABL Foundation community investment programmes, Media relations2. Field sales – 6 months (July 2017 – December 2018) Worked as Territory Sales Manager for Langata sub-county in Nairobi, in charge of sales and distribution of EABL brands in the area3. Public policy, government and trade relations – 6 months (January 2018 – June 2018)In charge of managing relationships with a multiplicity of business stakeholders in order to champion fair industry policy that allows the business to thrive
