Duties included:- Formulating new pharmaceutical products and agro-chemicals for Coopers AnimalHealth and other clients- Performing Analytical Method validation for all current and future products orformulations- Planning, manufacturing and documenting trial batches inline with cGMP (currentGood Manufacturing Practice) protocols- Dispensing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients(API's) and Raw Materials for trialbatch manufacture- Packaging, sealing labeling, coding, storage and shipping of trial batches- Performing and documenting regular, periodic, Real time Stability tests- Performing and documenting regular, periodic, Accelerated Stability tests- Creating dossiers for new product or formulation registration- Performing routine laboratory analysis using HPLC (High Performance LiquidChromatography) , GC (Gas Chromatography) and Karl Fisher Instruments- Carrying out Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspections in line with the GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice),ISO 9000:2 and British Pharmacopoeia (BP)specifications- Standardization of laboratory chemicals- Analyzing various samples that come in for chemical testing and generate the relevantreports- Supervising over-all quality control in the laboratory ensuring sample collection inproperly sterilized containers and maintain analysis instruments functional and up to date
