As a product designer I got challenged to improve "Cashback & Rewards" service and "Showtimes" service which combines search and purchase of concert, theatre, cinema and sports tickets.Working with "Cashback & Rewards", I was in charge of designing an alternative way of gaining cashback that should be the most convenient for larger number of our users.

As a product designer, I was in charge of improving flows of searching and buying apartments in new buildings.My improvements helped to increase the number of sold apartments, improve retention rate and CSI. Mortgage conversion rate was also increased. The users gave positive feedback about the changes. The backlog I contributed to made it easier to make further improvements.

The goals were to enhance money transfers, service payments, cashback, templates and autopay flows. To contribute to a design-system and make a gamification for our partner.Due to the changes I have made in money transfers, users found it more convenient, DAU has risen, which increased revenue of the bank and our team achieved KPIs. New ways of cashback redeem also helped to engage new partners, users and it also led to increasing retention rate.Experience and expertise I gained from working with a bunch of complex products allowed me to mentor other designers, giving them feedback and improving bank's design system.

As a product designer, I had challenges to improve bank guarantees on a personal account page, Modulkassa POS terminal, Modulkassa on a personal account page, contribute to a design-system.Both business and users’ requirements were satisfied due to overall improvements which also led to a bigger amount of gained revenue and improved CSI. Therefore, my contribution to a design-system made it easier to make design changes and it also boosted development.
