Leng was awarded “The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program” for two years from 2008 to 2010, to France. “The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program” was established by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development to enable French higher education establishments to attract top foreign students to enroll in their Master’s and PhD courses. For the first year of the scholarship program, he has studied the Master of Business Law, specialist in Company Law, from University of Jean Moulin Lyon III, Lyon, France. After graduated from Master of Business Law, he has pursued the Master and University Degree of Insurance Law, from Insurance Institute of Lyon, (Institut des Assurances de Lyon), University of Jean Moulin Lyon III, Lyon, France.After graduated from France, he returned to Cambodia. He started his career first as Senior Officer, in the Claims Department of Forte Insurance (Cambodia) Plc, in February 2011. Within one year and a half, his outstanding performance was recognized. In August 2012, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Head of Claims Department, with the responsibility and oversee the whole Claims Department, handling claims and legal affairs of the company. In May 2015, after having work of more than 5 years in the Claims Department, he decided to take the challenges in another wing of the insurance business as an Insurance Agent, and also embarked on an entrepreneurship journey with families and friends.In June 2017, he jointed Phillip General Insurance (Cambodia) Plc, as Head of Claims Department with the responsibility of setting up the Claims Department as well as the company as the whole.
