I am currently the Founder and Leader of BCC, a overlay welding engineering company that I established in 2014, with the vision of creating value for various industries with innovative solutions.I have built and led a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, secured funding and partnerships, and overseen the operations and the projects of BCC. I have delivered high-quality results for clients across different sectors, such as cement, steel making, mining, construction, and energy, applying my skills in project planning, manufacturing process improvement, and welding engineering.
