Whether working in a group situation or one to one, she supports her clients as they explore how they can have more influence in the way they operate, often incorporating a detailed review of the way individuals function and their assumptions about their business, colleagues and themselves.Her significant experience of coaching and facilitating in organisations enables Naomi to support businesses to create sustainable cultures.
