I lead a team of technology experts who work with our customers to develop and demonstrate where tech can help them solve their business challenges. Not only do we work with them on creating solutions for today, but we are able to bring our industry and technology experience to help them take advantage of tomorrow’s opportunities.A big part of that process is helping to take the complex technical solutions we have and make them understandable and actionable. Our goal is to “Make it Real” for our customers and that’s what my team is doing – translating customer's business problems into simple solutions that are delivered through technology.My career has grown and evolved alongside technology, which gives me a lot of insight into how we’ve got to where we are today. More importantly, I’ve developed an understanding of where technology is going in the future, and I’m able to bring that perspective to my conversations both internally and with our customers.Neurodiversity is the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways and being able to recognize each person’s individual strengths and talents while also providing support for their differences and needs is the philosophy of how I build strong teams.
