Worked across different sectors such as chemicals, vegetable oils, Pharma , electrical engineering and most recently with Aditya Birla Group Corporate Audit in a diverse portfolio. Travelled widely across continents. Now an independent director, consultant and trainer on Internal Audit, Risk Management and Governance. Global IIA International committee volunteer for more than 18 years; Earlier served on the Global IIA Board & Audit Committee. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then acquired CIA, & QIAL certifications. Awarded Certified Corporate Director certificate. Trained to be an Executive Coach and likes to work with people on their growth and development through mentoring and coaching. Authored a Handbook on Internal Audit for company directors and executive management published by Institute of Directors , India.
