I teach diverse subjects in the area of finance.Over many years of teaching experience, I developed versatility and adaptability to teach and develop courses in different programmes that have different academic settings and requirements. I also supervise masters and PhD students. As an interim dean, I dedicated a significant amount of time in the administrative work which includes overseeing the daily operation of the faculty and programmes, recruitment of staff, marketing and promotion activities, budgeting, programme accreditation and validation by MQA/MOE and the partner university. My current position requires me to work closely with our partner university.I also provide the necessary support and leadership to the staff to help create an atmosphere of scholarship and vigour within the faculty. An important task in my academic programme management is to ensure the quality standards that satisfy the various stakeholders. My direct involvement in this field has equipped me with the necessary process, procedures and documentation knowledge. Over the years, I have accumulated significant amount of experience in such activities as teaching & learning, administrative and planning duties, course development and documentation process for accreditation/validation, marketing & recruitment, staffing, research activities, industry networking and involvement in professional bodies.
