- Apply the tailoring company process to adapt to the specific project needs.- Take part in auditing projects align with the agreed working process and ensure the quality of the final product.- Inspections, audits, and raise any non-compliance, risk/issue from QA’s view - Follow & ensure that non-compliance issues are addressed. Support the project team in preventing the risks. - Provide advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues. - Collect data and Analysis data for Process database after milestones of projects.- Working on process improvement & develop new processes areas.- Plan, maintain and improve company processes.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.- Coach, guide, and improve the team.- Remove impediments.- Ensure all Scrum events take place and are valuable.- Run and document Sprint Retrospectives.- Gather data from a range of sources to inform decisions, set goals, and measure the impact of the products we release.

Responsibilities:- Understand project requirements and identify test requirements/Prepare test data.- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on product specifications and design intentions.- Execute manual testing, checklist testing, and bug-fixing verification.
