For the portfolio of clients under my purview: agree with Clients on scope of services, timelines and fees, further, administering effective project management. As Manager my day-to-day included:i. Review of project reports and discussing with management of Clients on gaps identified and development of action plans.ii. Conduct workshops with the senior management (CXO-level, GM-level, Board of Directors, etc.) of Clients to highlight on gaps identified in the Client’s existing operations and provide potential course of action to be taken by the Client to reach envisaged future state.iii. Assist management of Clients in documentation of internal plans aimed at rectifying key performance issues noted by KPMG or Client, including potential new workflows and amended resource utilization. iv. Support the management of implementations through provision of project management services including deployment of change management initiatives, communication material development, end-user training, etc.vi. Develop new work protocols, identify better practices, develop KPIs, new products, etc. and roll-out same on new engagements/projects.viii. Manage the annual business planning for my department and other administrative tasks Concurrent to my role as ‘Manager’, due to my experience in conducting Compliance and Quality Reviews for KPMG practices, and my experience in Risk Consulting, I was tasked by the Head of Advisory to form a division to drive quality within Advisory .  Our work resulted in KPMG Sri Lanka Advisory practice obtaining ‘green’ (highest) rating in the annual Quality Performance Review.
