- Leading 3 engineers and 1 technician for managing APAC suppliers (Thailand, Viet Nam, China)- Create weekly, monthly plans and related reports about onsite supplier factory, supplier improvement, supplier audit and supplier performance- Handle raw material issues with customers US, ANZ, EMEA, ....- Monitor and develop new projects, new suppliers with related teams (OPEX, NPI, sourcing, planning,...)- Implement improvement and management of strategic suppliers and key suppliers

- Work with relevant departments (Sourcing, NPI, and etc.) for new supplier development, qualification and control, and solving material quality issues in New Product Development stage.- Conduct periodic supplier audit in regard to product, process and quality management system (including process capability analysis, measurement system analysis etc.); closely follow up with suppliers for effectiveness of corrective actions on non-conformities found during audits to prevent quality risk to Techtronic Industries.- Prepare Supplier Scorecard and conduct Supplier Management meeting with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, NPI, and etc.) for continuous improvement.- Establish project-based improvement and follow up assertively for closure.- Conduct weekly and monthly supplier quality performance review in terms of Incoming Material DPPM/Lot Acceptance Rate, audit issues, material-related issues in production and customer complaint etc.- Follow up material quality issues found by IQC, in mass production and from customer complaint. Follow up with suppliers on 8D SCAR closure and effectiveness to prevent problem recurrence.- Drive continuous improvement on supplier's quality management system, process capability, measurement system and product reliability by providing training, coaching, continuous improvement project and program etc.- Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.

- Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings,which reflect intended/actual activities.- Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspectionaids and instruction guidelines.- Support all training programs by development andimplementation of specialized training sessions for allapplicable functions.- Conduct periodic review and maintenance of alldocumentation files; develop appropriate systems fordocument storage and access.- Review all supplier or customer discrepancies. Coordinateand track the corrective/preventative action effort.- Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at thecustomer, supplier and internally.- Participate in the vendor survey activities.- Drive proactive participation with suppliers and (whenpossible) aid in their process improvement efforts.- Monitor departmental activities and provide technical andlogistical guidance/support for the quality engineering staff- Interface and provide technical support on quality issueswith the customer as needed.

- Implement, guide you technical Lab team to repair,maintain and check the replacement of componentsand supplies in the Intel R&D lab.- Support MFG team in building tools, PC, troubleshootingissues.- Run Test Program with the new standard unit and unit tosee if the unit is working well or the tools are good. Makereports on the repair as well as the status of the tools andunits that I manage at the Lab and my shift.- Deploying and installing new equipment for the Lab.- Guide OP on the tool and product to fix the basic errors ofthe tool, test the program and use that tool. As well astechnical guidance for OP, technicians about new units andtools.- Monitor and implement 5S and safety at the workplace.

-Building SMT process at the factory- Setup equipment, machine and maintenance for Printer,Pick & Place, Reflow oven, AOI, Wave soldering, Coatingmachine, Forming machine & other equipment related toSMT.- Deploying and installingnew production lines andequipment for the factory.- GuideOP/Technician on the production line to fix basicerrors of productionequipment and use those productionequipment.-Implement 5S in the workplace, drive kaizen, project leansix sigma and CAPA, FMEA, Cycle time- Follow NPI project and support PMO for meeting, issuerelated to SMT or machine- Control the equipment calibration and PM schedule,responsible for reporting new purchase, replacement orimprovement projects to the manager.- Training knowledge about SMT, machine (AOI, reflow,issue PCBA when running) for OP, Technician and intern.
